    The Cameron Mackintosh Rehearsal Studio is available for weekly hire Mon-Fri 9.30am to 6.30pm (£750+VAT per week).

    Saturday Parties 

    In the Baldwin Studio

    1. How much is it to hire the room? £95 or £75 for Tricycle Friends – plus a returnable £20 deposit.

    2. Does the price include food / theatre tickets? – No, food can be pre-ordered at the café or you can bring your own, theatre tickets can be purchased at the box office telephone: 020 7328 1000. (Please note in order to book the room for birthday parties you must purchase a minimum of 10 children’s tickets for the children’s theatre performance.)

    3. What are the time slots?
    1) 11am – 1.30pm in conjunction with the 11.30am Theatre Show
    2) 1.30pm – 4pm in conjunction with the 2pm Theatre Show (Please note the time slots include setting up and clearing up time.)

    4. Are we allowed access into the room any earlier to hang decorations? No.

    5. How many people does it hold? 60 Adults approx.

    6. What facilities are there? 1 piano, 4 trestle tables and 6 long padded benches.

    7. Can I play music? Yes but only quietly as the noise travels to other parts of the building.

    8. Can I bring my own food? Yes, but you would then be expected to provide your own crockery and cutlery.

    9. Are there any facilities available on site to heat the food? No.

    10. Can I order food from the café? Yes, however we strongly recommend that you liaise with the café prior to the party.

    11. Can I bring my own wine / champagne? Yes, but you will be expected to pay corkage for each bottle opened.

    12. Can I purchase hot and cold drinks from the bar? Yes

    13. How big is the room? 6800mm x 8500mm (6.8m x 8.5m)

    14. Can I hire the Baldwin Studio in conjunction with a cinema screening rather that a children’s theatre show? No.

    15. Can I decorate the room? Yes but only using Blu-tack. Balloons, nails, sellotape and screws are completely banned.

    16. Can we hold parties in the gallery or café area? No.

    In the Cinema

    Choose Your Own Film: Saturdays 1pm (subject to availability. Booking in advance required)

    At the beginning of each season there is a chance for customers to select a family film (U/PG/12A certificates) for the Saturday slot and bring up to 50 friends along to enjoy it.
    Cost: £200. Due to the nature of our scheduling advanced booking is required and film choice is subject to availability. Please note, screening will also be attended by the general public.
