A SELL OUT SMASH IN THE WEST END, SOUTH AFRICA AND HERE AT THE TRICYCLE, KAT AND THE KINGS IS BACK.

It’s 1957 and the Dance Halls of South Africa are rocking with the raunchy sounds of Doo-Wop and Rock and Roll.

Inspired by the popular American harmony groups, 17 year old Kat Diamond forms a group – The Cavalla Kings – which enjoys a meteoric rise to National Fame.

Kat and the Kings combines humour and romance in a musical spectacular from the apartheid era which is sure to have your toes tapping.
