A delicate coming of age tale that follows a group of young people from different families, as they make friends on a beach holiday in Tuscany. The youngsters soon join to form a gang and set about enjoying the long, hot days at a nearby abandoned shack that they’ve discovered. The two eldest children help each other through their own troubled home situations and are transformed by their experience of the joys and pains of first love.
