An extraordinary film that revisits the crazy life of French artist Jean Marc Calvet.

In an editing tour-de-force Calvet shines a light on Jean Marc Calvet’s dark and violent past as a former Cannes bodyguard who abandoned his family, robbed a Miami mobster, then hid out in Central America. Aged 38, Calvet descends into a drug and alcohol fuelled frenzy, painting the walls of his house like a man possessed. Now a successful artist selling for five figures, Calvet sets out to make peace with his past and search for his long lost son. The film will be followed by a Q&A with the Award-winning director of Calvet, Dominic Allan.
