An ideal taster session of our pre-school workshops for toddlers, with nursery rhymes, songs, music and movement. all children must be accompanied by a participating adult.

BARMY BEASTS

Make your own mythical Beast from a variety of different materials and animal pictures. fun and creative, children will play with feathers, wool, pipe cleaners – all kinds of bits and bobs – and use their imaginations to invent brand new creatures. darwin eat your heart out!

Have fun creating characters using improvisation and a variety of props.

CHARADE

An excellent opportunity to explore your creative side and develop your self-confidence. Choose a theme or issue you feel passionate about, and our workshop leaders will help you pull it all together in two hours!

Monday 2–Tuesday 3 August
YOUR SAY, YOUR PLAY, TWO DAYS!
10.30am–4pm, 13–16yrs James Baldwin Studio, £30/£20
For both days a challenging drama workshop, working with professionals from the theatrical world. In just two days you will devise and create a powerful and exciting piece of theatre that will be presented at 3.30pm on Tuesday 3 August.
Please note: comfortable clothes and a packed lunch are required for this workshop.

Tuesday 10–Friday 13 August
TRICYCLE SCHOOL OF ROCK
10.30am–4pm, 14–16yrs James Baldwin Studio, £30/£20
For all four days fancy yourself a bit of a rock star? Forget Jack Black and join us on an intense week creating a band! music and singing are just some of the ingredients in this challenging workshop, working with a professional musical director. In four days we will create a band with an exciting repertoire of songs that will be presented at 3.30pm on Friday 13 August. Some experience is useful, but dedication and commitment are essential and if you play an instrument, bring it along. Packed lunch required.
