Description:
There is level access through both entrances to the foyer/bar/cafe and box offices for the Cinema and Theatre. Access to the stalls of the theatre is by steps and to the wheelchair seats by lift. Access to the cinema is by lift from the main cinema foyer - please ask staff for assistance. Infra-red and induction loop hearing systems are installed in the Cinema. There is an induction loop fitted in the Theatre. Sign-interpreted performances in BSL are offered for some shows - please see show pages of this website where signed performances are marked when available. Guide Dogs may be brought into the theatre and cinema auditoriums - please ask for an aisle seat when booking.There are two wheelchair spaces in the Cinema accessed by a lift.There is space for two wheelchair users in the theatre stalls. Staff are happy to assist but each wheelchair user must be accompanied. As wheelchair spaces must be prepared, bookings must be made in advance. Please call the box office for further details. There is one wheelchair accessible toilet to the left of the theatre box office and a second in the basement, accessible by the lift from the main foyer. There is flat access to the women’s and men’s toilets from the main foyer. Reductions available for disabled customers plus an able bodied companion. These can be booked in advance.
Disabled parking is available immediately outside the theatre and cinema in Buckley Road. Parking regulations may change - so please check local signage.
